The only downside was waiting for the shuttle to pick us up at the international airport. It was not marked clearly where the shuttle was to arrive. After our journey of Australia, we went back to the Mercury Hotel. Again, everything was great, except when departing, this time from domestic airport, it was still vague as to where you were to wait. Waiting time was approximately 1/2 hour. Hotel did know our flight arrival time when we checked out on Jan 6th....

Staff was less than helpful in telling us anything about the area we were in and we were charged to get back to the airport when we chose the hotel because they had advertised a free shuttle service.
