The location of this hotel is very close to good food, entertainment and some shopping.
The hotel service leaves much to be desired. I will rate as good the concierge service but awful the front desk service (paricularly their manners).

Car parking arrangement was not working at all. HTL parking full, sent to outside. No good instructions. Big hassle. I had to pay extra more than 50 Dollars. Clearly area they can improve.

I booked a superior double and was given a very basic twin which the hotel manager rudely informed me was a 'superior double'. We were treated very poorly and no apology was issued at any point. The hotel upgraded us to a suite the next night but didn't actually tell us until we asked. I was disappointed and upset by the service received.
