We had two small kids - they upgraded us complimentary to a Junior Suite, and allowed some extra hours late check out to our international flight. Staff was VERY corteous and attentive. Great location. All in all, highly recommended for family stay...

It offers the usual excellent Four Seasons standards of service. The decor is looking slightly dated and the room was fairly small - but certainly acceptable, bearing in mind this is a city hotel rather than a resort hotel.

The staff gave me endless good advice about Sydney and getting around. Whatever I asked for I received pleasant, helpful and timely replies and action. I love the location as it is within walking distance of all the CBD and tourist sights as well. Great hotel, great staff, great location...what more could I want?
