There was a sofa bed in the room that was water damaged and looked really dirty and horrible. I suggest it be taken out or at least put a throw over it to cover up the dirty water marks. There was also a door adjoining the next room and the noise from people talking in that room made it difficult to sleep. Windows were also dirty and needed cleaning. Apart from that it was close to the Entertainment Centre and reasonably priced. Kheng Min Loi , Malaysia
Very satisfy when I requested to have a twin beds for my stay and the front desk staff obligated with a smiling face. Douglas Balderston, Australia
The stay was great just one thing , the hotel pool was out of serices. And i stayed about 8 weeks ago ,for two day and it was out of serices then maybe need to look into this . When it has been hot days . But forget that it was a great stay and, thank you for your serices . A HotelTravel.com Member, Japan
It was an excellent location, because it is right in front of the Central station. However, the noise from the George St can not expect a good night sleep. A HotelTravel.com Member, Hong Kong
The location of hotel is good, adjacent to China Town, with car parks and swimming pool. Just walking distance from the Central Station. About the cleanliness, I think the cleaning workers need to work harder e.g. the cabinet is full of dust, the glass had a drop of toothpaste etc. The front desk staff were cool and not friendly. When I checked out, the manager just said '$20'. It was early and I had just waked up. I didn't know what to do. And then he yelled "I want your money!" Come on....are you a robber? Shouldn't you ask, 'would you pay in cash or credit card?' If your English is not so good, don't go there. On the whole, the hotel is average, if you don't mind the less courtesy of hotel staff. We like the hotel because it was very clean and close to the train station, also the breakfast from 6.30am helped us heeps. We will be staying in this hotel again if the need comes up. George Vaubell, Australia
I needed to be close to Central Railway and this property was as close as you could get without being hit by a train. I enjoyed my stay at the C/C and would definately use it again when next in the Big Smoke

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the hotel location was central which made travelling around the city easy. I was travelling alone and felt totally at ease travelling around the city and going back to the hotel at night. A HotelTravel.com Member, United States
