My last stay about a month ago I was able to get a smoking room. This time I was not told it was different and on arrival was informed it was a non smoking hotel and I should have got a room with a balcony. (If I had known I would have). The information in the room regards restaurants and room service were not correct for restaurant times of opening and no menu for room service. I chose to stay here again because of the smoking room, and found this time it was not as good as the first time I had stayed there, I dont think I will be staying there again as I travel to Sydney regulary on business.
