"We have stayed here 3 times so far and will continue to do so . As we are from coffs harbour I have well reserched the web especially around the darling harbour area and cannot find another hotel of this quality and price anywhere ! You feel special and important .The hotel itself is impeccably clean and the staff run it to perfection . The food is fine dining in itself at an affordable rate and the room service is superb . On our stay this week our small child had had an operation at Westmead Childrens Hospital and when we arrived at citigate and entered our room we realised i had accidently booked the room for 2 not 3 ,I rang reception and explained, within minutes there was someone at our door to help us move to our FREE UPGRADED room with 2 beautiful queen beds . I can honestly HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone from your young couples , families or buisness people ."

"The Internet charge was Way too expensive at the hotel.I mean 30Au$ is way overpriced. The hotel all in all was a very nice place to live, and we will use it again next year."
