Should be advertised as a youth hostel - that's about what it is. Tiny rooms - I mean tiny - we could hardly turn around. Shabby, too. With the exception of one AM customer service person, the staff could not care less that we were there. Could hardly believe this is a Best Western. Very disappointing experience.
