Noisy location, outdoor noise from the busy street will not let you have sound sleep. Room cleanliness, exchange of linen and towels is poor. Otherwise the location is much accessible to all kind of requisites. No space for car parking, however an arrangement exists with the nearby paid parking, at a reduced rate.

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We stayed 1 night and checked out after discovering how awful the hotel was. It was in a bad area, full of sex shops and seedy hotels, which we did not feel safe in. The hotel itself was not the best as there were no bar or restaurant facilities due to building work which we were not informed off. There was also building work going on on the derelict site next door, which started at 8.00am in the morning.

Great central location. Bus stop to Central Sydney outside the door and the eclectic delights of Kings Cross on the doorstep. very helpful and friendly reception staff. Rooms and facilities basic but value for money. our stayt was marred by very noisy building work behind the hotel.
