The bell boy recommended that I park downstairs amnd then unload my luggage. This meant that I had to carry luggage for two people across the car park, up one lift bank, across the hotel lobby, check in and then use a second lift bank to access my room at the end of a long corridor- all because he did not want to help me in the rain!! Management took tow days and several repeated phone calls to respond in any way to my formal complaint, one duty manager even failed to return my phone call.

The Rendezvous is clearly tired and in need of a complete renovation, which I am led to believe will be happening in the near future. Like the hotel our room was in need of major renovation, it wasn't bad, just somewhat faded. The lack of a safe, standard in virtually ally hotels in this price range, was most annoying.
Nothing special, just ok. No bell hop service when we arrived, admittedly it was 3am. We did, of course, pay for the full night!
I was staggered when I learned there was only one shuttle to Perth each ....... and that it had left 2 minutes ago!
