Top class accommodation, furnishings, fittings and self-catering equipment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Mounts Bay Road is quite busy but traffic noise is not a major problem and is balanced anyway by the availability of free buses passing the door as well as frequent taxis. Can highly recommend!...

This is an excellent apartment hotel to stay in with free underground parking making you feel like you're staying in a private condominium. With a living room and kitchen, it definitely makes you feel like home! The queen sized bed definitely let you sleep well after a tired outing and the bathroom is spacious too! Iits just 5 mins drive or a free bus service just outside of the apartment hotel to the city!

For a newcomer arriving in Perth for first time and in the evening, it was not easy to find the place. Better directions are needed, because the place is located just off of a highway exit, on a one-way road, and bordering King's Park. Concierge was new and provided wrong info re appropriate parking space, where we were locked in until another car entered, because our key didn't work. Dishwasher functioning was problematic for the novice user. Furnishings are basic. Outside noise level (from cars) wasn't as bad as feared, despite overlooking highway.

What I liked most : Very clean linen, relatively quiet room with a good green view, fully equipped self-catering facilities, maid service as required including doing of dishes in the dishwasher, nice lounge area with comfortable and attractive chairs & decor, friendly & helpful counter and restaurant staff, proximity of hotel to King's Park, bus transport and town area. What I liked the least : the swimming pool which was tiny, television reception/picture which was not very clear (room 204), men's bicycle (only 1 available for hire) which had a hard seat, restaurant not being open every evening, only one internet portal for hire, charges for local telephone calls from room phone.
