I always stayed at Holiday Inn City Centre, Perth is because of its strategic location which is along Hay Street. I choose to stay there for its location and convenience. If i had a choice, I will not choose Holiday Inn City Centre because the hotel is quite run-down, the room is small, carpet is dirty (i wouldn't walk bare-footed in the room), and bathroom is also not up to my expectation especially on cleanliness.

I liked the locality of the hotel as it is situated right in the city centre. That is why Holiday Inn City Centre, Perth is my first choice. However, I do feel that this time, my hotel rates is a bit over-priced.
