Better than average city hotel. Obviously more geared to the business traveller but we were only staying for 2 nights so that wasn't a problem. The staff were very friendly and the concierge service was excellent.

Very nice stay here, we travelled all over west oz and found this hotel to be the best. Very freindly staff, good food, not noisy, close to town but could walk and see swan river. Pool was great along with gym.

Valet/porter was non existent upon arrival; no evening turn down service; hotel bar was not manned appropriately during cocktail hour--could not make a drink not listed on menu--since when can a hotel bar located in the business district make a fru fru drink and not a cosmopolitan?
