"It is a nice hotel, situated in Perth City. Close to all the major shopping malls and supermarkets. The only drawback is the hotel is rather old and in need of some renovations. On our first stay, the rooms given to us were still pretty decent. The following time we checked in after our South West tour, the rooms given to us were pretty old. The bathrooms door were in not so good shape and appears to be breaking down. Water from the shower was not consistent and the toilet cistern kept flowing throughout the night. The cupboard holding the fridge is also having falling doors. Other than that, the stay in the hotel was still rather pleasant. The rooms were pretty old and in need of some renovations and change of furniture. Bathroom door and cupboard door is on the verge of falling out. The cistern was flowing throughout the night. Water from the shower were not consistent. The hotel cafe's is rather delicious. "
