"Located nicely near to the pier (for ferry trips) and not far away from the city. the staff was very friendly and helpful. room size was okay, either 3 single beds or a large size and a small one. ideal for family with child or several people. kitchen included, furniture not luxury, though, TV did not work in my case. i had a room on the ground floor and kept the windows darkened all the time because of the parking cars and the people passing by. so i would recommend an appartment on the 2nd floor if possible."

"I was pleasantly surprised that the room was quite large and well-appointed. It had a queen size bed with bedside table and 2 single beds (double decker).There was more than enough shelves and cabinets to put all my children's toys, books and stuff - leaving good floor space for walking. Everything was in working condition. Though the furnishings were a little worn, they were nevertheless clean and in good working condition. The kitchen was well stocked and pots and pans of 3 sizes were provided. Little thoughtful touches such as the inclusion of a colander (for straining spaghetti etc) and dishwashing liquid was even provided. There was a good microwave (with a good quality and good sized microwave container). We did not need to get anything except food. The microwave and refridgerator were practically new. There were gas stoves with an oven and utensils (plates, bowls, forks, spoons, knives for 4 persons). Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper and fresh milk (for tea) was provided and replenished daily. Room service was prompt and unobstrusive. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking very easy for me. Often, after a whole day tour (to Wave Rock & to pinnacles), we would only arrive back at the hotel about 8pm at night. I had a husband and 2 hungry children to feed. We chose not to rent a car and going out for dinner would have been a very tiring affair. I was very pleased with the fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom came with a shower and a bath. Came stocked with nice bars of"
