Excellent holiday. Every thing was perfect, and when we did encounter a problem (TV too quiet) the staff respected our complaint and sent a tech upto our room within the half hour to resolve this. Professional and friendly, welcoming staff, great casino, exceptional views from the 7th floor, and large room and bathroom. Great atmosphere, the best luxury hotel I have experienced in Perth; mainly due to its atmosphere. They made you feel special. I will be staying here next time, and booking through this site again, as they gave me over 60% off the price per night!...

Was woken up at 5am on a Sunday morning by a rubbish truck outside my window for half an hour. When i complained to the duty manager, he didnt seem to care one bit! Was definately not worth the money i paid considering we got no sleep! Was also placed on a smoking floor although i booked a non smoking room. Smell once you got off lift was disgusting. Breakfast was also not worth the $45!!!
