The service was slow with the staff saying one thing and doing another - the rooms were tidy and serviced daily, however, as a non-moker, I did not appreciate being put on a smoking level! Despite the prime location, I don't think I'd stay at Aaron's Hotel in Perth again.

I rated the standard of room poor mostly because it seemed a little like a prison cell partly because of its small size, but mostly because the window would not be opened to let in fresh air. I was told by the hotel staff that management had decided to seal all of the windows and install really noisy, unpleasant air conditioning systems. I would never stay there again because of the lack of fresh air in any of the rooms. Perth has a wonderful climate and so it seems truly stupid to convert room that used to have access to fresh air, into one that seems very claustrophobic.
