Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable even though it was only for one night. We would not hesitate to use the same hotel on future occasions. The reception personnel were very obliging. We arrived well in advance of check-in time but we were informed the room was ready for us. The only down side (very minor) was that in one of the three rooms we occupied, the T.V. could only receive one channel. ...

Best point is the location of the place is very good as near to many of melbourne tourist attraction like the Eureka sky deck, Melbourne aquarium , National Gallery of Victoria, other Arts centre, Near to southgate and Flinders Street Station. Near to federation square as well for tours trip outside of Melbourne. Otherwise I feel the staff could be more attentive to customers .

It is an excellent hotel, the only drawback was the parking that was down another block and cost up to $12 a day.

Did not appreciate being put on a smoking floor as it stunk. Requested a change of room and floor to non smoking and they did not assist. Said they were fully booked. Later that day I spoke to another reception worker and she moved me straight away to non smoking.

The hotel was situated in a prime spot on the Southbank with only a short, safe, walk from the centre to the hotel. Rooms were well sized, clean and excellent value for money. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a nice, reasonably priced hotel in Melbourne. Used the Skybus to take us to and from the airport. A very useful service.
