We spent 3 nights at this hotel. Fantastic location, couldn't ask for better. Close to restaurants, shops and public transpostation. Great view of the city and overlooking the river. Had drinks at the bar but did not eat at the restaurant or use other hotel facilities. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Bathroom was gorgeous. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again....

Service in Melba restaurant was disgusting and a complaint was lodged with the restaurant manager. Valet parking staff tampered with radio station settings when parking car.
