The entry on Collins is 6 floors away from reception, making it a bit awkward to use the concierge service, which is at the entry.
The location is terrific, very central, saving a lot on taxis if you want to explore the central city.
Housekeeping was unforgiveably lax, totally forgetting to clean our room one day. We were out all day, returning at 10 at night to an uncleaned room. However, the general standard was good other than the lapse....

electrical equipment test tags were out of date, the jug blew up and we had to wait 1/2 hour for replacement. Repair of TV required two calls.
