Close to trams and Spencer Street railway station. Some good restaurants within easy walking distance. Noisy on Friday night because of pub nearby.

Room and bathroom small but adequate. Hotel centrally located and easily accessible to the free city circle tram and tourist shuttle bus . It was also walking distance tor Direct Factory Outlet on Spencer Street.Willing to book again in this hotel.

It s a basic but nice and clean room, size is o.k. but there is not exactly too much space. Flat screen TV would have been appreciated more if quality of the picture would have been better. Some channels could not be watched at all. Also, while changing the channel there was always a short but loud noise. Fitness room on top of the building is nice, but some of the equipment could not be used. The treadmill in front of a top to bottom window with a great view over Melbourne is outstanding. Good value for money if you don t want to spend too much money on accommodation and I d definitively go back there again.
