I made a phone call to Bacchus Marsh (40 Km W of Melbourne), could not connect, charged $7+ Second call successful, spoke less than 1 minute, could not clear down for 4 minutes charged $13+ Complained, first call refunded. Cost of train fare (for two) $10+ This charge is Disgraceful
