Hotel room was pleasant, opening onto an internal courtyard.
Steps had to be used to go down to the courtyard which would make it difficult for elderly or those with very heavy cases.
I found it noisy (Buzzing and humming from air conditioning etc.) even after turning my own heating off.
Close to main railway station and airport shuttle terminus.

Location great, beds comfortable but service at the counter was not the best could have been friendlier and advised what the hold up was instead of just walking off and us having to wait 10 minutes before we could find out what the problem was.

We had terrible expensive when we knew there's no breakfast for us in that 3 days. Because we did get the coupon within breakfast from hoteltravel.com,the staff in this hotel told us they did not get the message. They told us the agency paid them without breakfast. Oh, my God, how could this happen? breakfast was A$17.5 per person! We paid it by ourself and want to ask hoteltravel.com to pay us back!
