We resented the fact that we had to pay the equivalent of what is 5 star pricing in the rest of the world for a motel with limited to no services over the Christmas/New Year holidays. the room was extremely small. There was no lounge or F&B outlet or room service due to renovations. This is definitely an example of price gouging when demand exceeds supply.
