The computers available for use next to reception were unable to view Japanese sites, which made it a challenge to check my e-mails! Understanding that you could not type in it, they should be able to adjust explorer to be able to view other languages. The corridor below that takes you across to the pool view area did not smell very good. Sort of a damp carpet smell mized with cleaning detergent??? Other than that all was fine.

Hotel was very good for kids. Water park excellent. House keeping staff are quite good. Reception was always overwhelmed. Room service can take exceptionally long (over an hour).
