Very dissatisfied with quality of bed linen and towels. They were grey (supposed to be white) and towels were very thin. Also think it was unacceptable that when we returned to our hotel room at 4.00pm in the afternoon the room had still not been serviced. The housemaid said it was her twentieth room so it appeared they were short of staff. The location is good and the hotel has the potential to be much better with attention to the above.

I really liked the atmosphere at Mirambeena, the pool and spa is fantastic. And the restaurant is recommendable. Very helpful staff, suggesting tours and general information. Only one minus - you need an extra key to keep on the aircon while out of the room. This could be fixed differently, as 38 gr. requires aircon all the time.

Surroundings are very beautiful. Enjoyed the tropical atmosphere very much.
Location good, very good close to shopping. airport bus picked us up at the door.
