location good, staff seemed unhappy doing their jobs,hotel dull and drab needs some colour on walls at each level, rooms not cleaned very well. present owners need to spend some money upgrading, and increase staff morale and training. we expected 4 1/2 star as advertised but got 3 star or less.we have stayed at holiday ins all over the world and this was by far the most disappointing.
