all of the staff were the best in the industry. the pool needed to be more clean, and they need to offer a better lunch menu. the food was very costly as well. otherwise, the staff made up for any deficiencies.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a great view of the ocean. It was a short walk to the center of town, maybe 3-4 minutes. Everything was clean. The tour desk was also very helpful even when not booking a tour. They had great insights to the area if you where going to do it yourself. P.S. The Dinner cruise was terrific and so was the night at the zoo
