Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a great view of the ocean. It was a short walk to the center of town, maybe 3-4 minutes. Everything was clean. The tour desk was also very helpful even when not booking a tour. They had great insights to the area if you where going to do it yourself. P.S. The Dinner cruise was terrific and so was the night at the zoo...

all of the staff were the best in the industry. the pool needed to be more clean, and they need to offer a better lunch menu. the food was very costly as well. otherwise, the staff made up for any deficiencies.
