Great big and clean room for price, a fabulous view of the harbour (best one I think in the city) overlooking hills and morning sunrise although too far from city but shuttle goes to and from regularly and even picks you back up so that is good. I wish I had stayed here longer than at a hostel close where I had my own room but no view like this.

After staying a week previous we complained about the first room we received. The room this time was in better condition with all features working correctly. Hotels should make sure their rooms are in working order before placing guests.

We were not happy with the quality of the room as the bathroom was in a bad state with taps leaking.No double bed as requested space rather limited. Hotel was a bit far from central Cairns but the Hotel did have a Shuttle service.

The room size was excellent and nicely furnished. It was a pleasant half hour walk into Cairns from the hotel along the harbour pathway.

The staff here is excellent. The shuttle to and from town saved us a ton of money in taxi fares. The drivers Marti and Ben were so helpful and friendly..I would stay there again and again!!

We really appreciated the regular shuttles to and from town, very reliable. Nice location. The restaurant is 'fine dining' so it is a bit inconvenient if you need a quick, small or cheap meal.
