"The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and provided us with lots of information about local activities. When we inquired about a local festival being held in the city they printed out an entire timetable and list of venues for us. Our room was quiet and clean and the location was very good, it was only a short walk from most of the areas that we wanted to visit on a daily basis such as shops, restaurants, pubs and the Esplanade. I would not hesitate to stay there again."

"Loads of room, clean. great internet access when i needed it. I had a cockroach in my room and being an English lady i was scared! I went down to reception and an amazing lady came and got it for my and made me feel like I was totally normal - great staff!! Lovely start to my year over in Australia, great accommodation."
