"We were upgraded, without asking, to a superior room as the hotel wasn't full. The facilities were excellent. The main door closes at 11.30pm and you must gain access through a side gateway, using a passcode. The complaint I would have is that the bar staff closed the bar, anytime after 10.00pm if numbers were low. The time of closing was unknown to guests and this meant that if you came back to the hotel after dining in town for a drink before retiring, it was likely you would be disappointed. "

"Convenient location, within walking distance to downtown. Extremely friendly staff. A swimming pool and excellenet Indonesian restaurant on site. Good value for money. Clean with sufficient amenities. Powerful air-conditioning. On the edge of the city centre and is quiet in general. Good tour booking service and abundant information. Bali decor in room is very nice. Very competitive price."
