Rated #23 for all Brisbane hotels
The 6th floor had an overpowering smell of cigarettes which was very unpleasant and made my clothes and hair smell of smoke. My room was initially facing the railway and it was impossible to sleep but I was quickly moved to the otherside of the hotel reducing the noise and giving me a glorious view of the city and surrounds. The breakfast was very ordinary, no change from day to day, little choice and the breakfast cook very inexperienced although staff very friendly and accommodating. It is a beautiful area with plenty of restaurants, cafes and an easy walk into the CBD...

would not use again. Location did not meet my needs and services were expensive for their value.
