I think they need to be more flexible and understanding when non local people trave,because their check in time is at 14hrs. I think they should offer the option that people who have travelled sometimes for 2 days can make arrangements to have their room ready upon arrival.Having said that, they gave us the room at 11.00 after explaining our situationl...
