No info given about spa etc. When found by accident not open, though times on door said it should have been. No information about spa and closed when doors said should be open. And see below re bar. Also one day had breakfast in restaurant was freezing. Long long wait to be served by someone who appeared to have no bar experience at all. Wanted tomato juice and worcester sauce. Brought a schooner of tomato juice and said no sauce.
For price would have expected bath not just shower. But this is increasingly becoming a problem everywhere.
Rooms okay. Corridors shabby.
Bar service dreadful the one time I tried. Long wait. Tried to service a schooner of tomato juice. No Worcester sauce to add.

Location is very good, right in the middle of shopping area with restaurants and sourvenir shops. Room is a little small, but good enough for short stay. Price is slightly high.

I went to Brisbane for a business trip. The location of the hotel is excellent but the room is too small, old and smelling. I don't think it maches 4 star hotels, at most 2.5 star. The staffs are friendly. Additionally, the price is too expensive, US$153 per night.
