"Lilianfels is a fabulous experience--you're surrounded by elegance. The location, a short walk from the Three Sisters overlook, is spectacular, and the indoor and outdoor pools are beautifully maintained in all seasons. The large lobby area becomes a gathering place in the evenings for couples and families to relax, play games, and enjoy the estate. The staff was extremely courteous and pointed us to some out-of-the way places that turned out to be some of our favourites in all of Australia. The only downside was the restaurant--the service (as in much of Australia) was slow and inattentive, and we felt that the food was more for the chef's pleasure than for ours. The desserts were wonderful, but the rest of the meal was disappointing. Avoid the restaurant, but definitely stay at the hotel--worth a splurge!"

"Beautiful property, right next to viewing area for the Three Sisters and a short walk to the railway/sky rail attraction. Very nice spa and good restaurants. Sleeping rooms were large and very comfortable. "
