Small room with no tv, no heat (it was cold)
-only windows were in the toilet and shower...
-bed was comfortable
-everything was very overpriced
-resort area was pleasant, and the natural wonders were...well...wonderful!

A full hour+ after I was told they could clean the room next, I saw two young women working in another section, and explained our predicament, and was told that yes they had received the request and would do the room after the one they were working on. Everyone was pleasant and understood our need due to illness, but it took a lot of time and contacts to get a room cleaned. Why do they ask your preference in time if there is not intention of cleaning the room at your requested time?
