We were very impressed with the standard of service given by all members of staff in this hotel. From check in staff, to concierge, to waiting staff. All were extremely effecient and well trained and nothing was too much trouble for them. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and stress free and appeared to be genuinely wanting to please. We would stay here again. The food, particularly the breakfast, was excellant. Well done!
