David Whyte, United Kingdom
We arrived in the evening and left early the next morning so I cannot say much. There was a stand-in receptionist, although helpful, there was some confusion. We were quite happy with the room except that there is a communal balcony. We stepped out of the room to look at the skyline and the door shut behind us. We were locked out, stranded on a fourth floor balcony. It was embarrassing. There was a postage-stamp size warning notice near the door handle but we failed to see it. I think there was a stop closer on the door but it didn't work.
After shouting we were eventually rescued.
We did not try the dining room, but the breakfast was quite good. A HotelTravel.com Member, New Zealand
