We reserved and paid for an executive room. The first room that they gave us was a standard room on the 2nd floor (208) which is the floor above ground. Cigarette moke permeated this room. We left and returned to the desk and pointed out that we reserved an executive room. They said this was the only room left. They were very reluctant to honor our request. We would't budge. They finally said that they had a room on 3rd floor. We ended up with a room with 3 single beds - no balcony. I was told that executive room was the same as junior suite. Since we had tours booked for early next morning we ended up staying there. Staff generally was very curt and acted like any request was a big pain such as calling for airport transportation, confirming reservations, etc.
