The hotel was ver well situated, and great value for money. The staff on a whole are helpful, friendly and obliging. It is pity though, that someone at the reception desk had to ruin my stay due to her inability to deal with the reservation made via Hotel Travel. Her alck of customer-intimacy leaves much to be desired, and I would like to contact management about this.
The rooms were good, a nice size, but can do with a refurb soon.
