"Basically a 3 star hotel located in the heart of the downtown area accessible to EVERYTHING, including nearby to shop and transportation to get around. Clean, small rooms but comfortable for the individual just looking for a place to sleep, shower, change and go. Can't beat the price, but forget about the breakfast buffet if you're a North American. Recommended for first timers. "
