unreliable staff at the front desk: denied to have received a very important letter, which actually had been delivered. We have been waiting for three hours in vain. Asking for a wake-up call at 6 am because we wanted to catch a flight resulted in no wake-up call. Fortunately we had our own alarm clock too. Taxi called by the hotel turned out to be extremely expensive. Taxi driver referred to the arrangement with the hotel.
